Created by entrepreneurs  

We were founded by two entrepreneurs, Patrik Wolmebrant and Johan Wikander, in the southern Swedish city of Lund, in August 2022. Patrik and Johan both have extensive international business experience in sales and fulfillment across North America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. They created Ducks In A Row after recognizing that the traditional method of entering foreign markets via distributors had become outdated.

We are a Swedish and American team of business experts with offices in New York, Stockholm and Malmö. North America is a key market for many Scandinavian companies, whose products and services are highly regarded for their sustainability, safety, high quality and innovative designs. We collaborate with premium Scandinavian brands to leverage this strong reputation and capitalize on the numerous benefits of operating in the US.

Our innovative approach helps Scandinavian brands enter the North American market more easily and brings them closer to their customers, while emphasizing better control, transparency and cost reduction for the brands.

Our mission

From incorporation to last-mile delivery, we manage every step of North American market entry and ongoing operational needs through a business model that maximizes flexibility and profitability for premium Scandinavian brands. We establish and operate a brand’s own local legal entity, with full transparency, while the brand retains complete control over its trademark, identity, sales and distribution.
