During the preparation period we state the estimated need in hours of each person we plan to integrate in "your team". It will most likely be a Brand manager, sales, few hours of accounting and general administration, a few hours of logistic competence, customer service, etc.
This adds up to the total of hours your team will work for you. The calculation is based on hours times Ducks In a Row's cost for each person incl. social costs and insurances.
